if you purchase a PO and ready stock item then you will have to wait until all items arrive before I can send your order.
Where can you ship to?
I ship worldwide now, including UK/EU*. SEA customers please check out my international Shopee stores instead ^^
It is highly recommended that customers from UK/EU/Latin America/South America to provide TAX ID in the customer notes.
Please don't use P.O Box addresses. I am not responsible if the package is unable to be delivered to a P.O Box address.
What mailing service do you use?
All orders will now use a 3rd party proxy that partners with Singapore Post/Belgian Post (For some EU orders).
What are the shipping options?
All items will be shipped with tracking. Please contact me if you'd like to upgrade to Express shipping
When will my order arrive?
International orders typically take 3-4 weeks.
Additional information
Customers are responsible for any VAT, fees or taxes once the package enters their country.
Customers can track the tracking number through their local/national post office website
I urge you to check tracking often, and if there are no updates after a week or two, please contact your local post office.

Refunds / Returns
I will not accept any refunds or returns, unless under special circumstances. Once the item is handed off to postal services, it is out of my hands.
Packages shipped via the proxy service get returned to me after 3-5 months, so please keep close track of your package and if there are any issues, contact your local post office asap!
I will not be responsible for packages being returned to my address or if there are any mistakes in the address because all address forms are copied and formatted directly from the information filled out in your order.
Should an order not get delivered to you, I can offer re-sending the order (with additional shipping fee) or refunding the order (without shipping fee).
Once received, if there are any issues (ie. something is damaged or missing) please reach out to my email or social media and I'll try to help.
